Getting charged for postage when the buyer has paid for postage

Hi, I have notice that on few things that I have sold, I am getting charged for postage when the buyer has already paid 

when I get the label it says purchase label

why is this?

Are you printing the label supplied when buyer pays?

There is a difference between buyer has paid for postage and buyer has paid for postage.

Depending on how you listed, in the first case, buyer pays money to you and you buy postage. In the second buyer buys postage, and you have to print label. In first case you receive sale price plus postage, in the second you only receive the sale price.
