Without any action on my part an order was cancelled and I received an email from eBay confirming I would received a refund within 3-5 days. Now beyond that period I have not received the refund. How do I get this paid?
Refunds return to source. So if you used debit card it will go back to your bank account within a week. Credit cards can take up to 30 days but usually quicker.
