Getting a refund for new number plates not supplied.

I purchased two sets of number plates on 26th February    order No; 07-12762-25249 and 23-12743-00957  £ 48.88..  the chap has said its not letting him refund my money by Bank transfer what can I do ???

Ebay MBG is only for 30,days, so they won't get involved.

Your payment provider may help, try them.

If seller really wants to refund it is far too late to do through ebay, but all he needs is your bank details and he makes a bank transfer. 

Doubt he has any intention of refunding, just hopes you will go away and he can keep the money.
