Getting a Payout

I have sold on ebay, but no funds have transferred from my ebay account to me.

I received a voucher for the same value that expires very soon, whereby I'm obligated to spend £50 or more to redeem. I am unsure if this is related to my sale item.

The ebay shows my balance, no mention of 'on hold' etc. and no option to have my sale monies paid out.

How do I contact a person on ebay to have my account allow me to pay out funds?

ANYONE?

Thank you

Getting a Payout

You have returned to selling after a long break.  Have you registered for eBay's Managed Payments?  You have to do this,  to receive payouts from sales.

See here:

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.

Contact them this way.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Yes, the problem is, I'm not a new seller and no account information is new.

I would normally just receive money from sales without any intervention.

So will give them a call.

Thank you,

As I mentioned above you're not  new seller but one who has returned after a longer holds apply to returning seller,  you've had a bit of a break. eBay wish to see the genuine holder has returned to sell, as sudden selling activity on a dormant account may mean the account is hijacked.

The hold is a security measure.

Contact CS with the link I provided above they may just need some confirmation you are the returning seller.
