German Buyer not able to buy UK listing

I have this listing (https://ebay.us/m/t9QPKl) which has eBay global shipping activated, and Germany is in the list of countries it should work in, however when a buyer in Germany attempts to buy it, they can’t. I have no idea why. I’m based in the UK. They’re in Germany. Any ideas? Thank you.

Your item is not showing as GSP to any country. 

It says contact seller for international postage.

This is what your listing says for postage to Germany. No mention of Global Shipping.

Thank you for responding, it's very strange, as from my end I believe I have the various things selected to allow for GSP. Could you take a look at the screenshot attached and see if you think I'm doing something obviously wrong here please? Thank you.

Check your Site Preferences in the Postage section have you selected GSP for your items?

What is the item they are wishing to buy?  Maybe it's not allowed in GSP rules?

Thank you, in that section it says:

Global Shipping Programme - Enrolled

The item is the one linked, which is an old Lego set. Does GSP allow the bulky parcel option (up to 30kg 120 x 80 x 80cm)? The box is longer than 61cm so I can't choose the medium parcel option.

I presume GSP allows for items at this value also?
