GSP tab keeps turning off

Hi,

Looking for help with this please.

I know GSP is turned off for the US and Canada atm but should still work for other countries.

I've turned it on, but when I go back to look or revise an item the tab is in the off position.

Postage says - posts to the UK and then a list of countries ebay automatical doesnt post to.

My items are within specs, not prohibited etc.

It is up to you to select Countries you are willing to have items sent to.

At the moment you only have UK, is it possible that instead of selecting Countries to ship to you removed ALL countries?

Ticking the boxes removes  Countries, you need to untick countries.

Thanks for your response;

All the tick boxes on exempt  countries are empty. I've even ticked them and, yes, it exempts them, and gives me a list of the countries I cant post too. When I untick, it returns to post to UK only with no list of countries i can post too. I've even unistalled the ebay app and reinstalled but to no avail.
