GSP on items to the USA?

A US prospective buyer isn't given the option of using the GSP only told to contact seller.I asked ebay & was fobbed off with 'to do with tariffs' & to send it myself. I won't risk that so when are they liable to sort the GSP out??

You are selling car parts as a private seller without observing any of the ebay requirements, read through this.

I would suspect that GSP cannot send overseas without having the information and registration details supposed to be given in listings.
