I need help please. A buyer has purchased quite a few items of clothing from me and wanted to wait until she had bid on all of them so I could send as combined postage, which I have done using Royal Mail signed for. A few of these items I had mistakenly advertised as buyer selects postage. I am now unable to select these items as dispatched as its says I need to print an EVRI label. But I have dispatched them with other items using Royal Mail. As it says funds wont be paid until they hav3 been deliver using evri. Don’t know what to do??
