code for pick for home collection of item sold

I've sold an item and the buyer is coming tomorrow. The email I received says I need the ebay app to scan a code or I don't get paid. tried to install the ebay app but it says it's not the latest and I need to update it. Its the only one I can find on Playstore. So I'm unable to install the app and conform payment. can somebody help me please? many thanks, Di,

You don't have to use the app.   On a desktop you can manually enter the buyer's 6 digit code in View order details.
