Funds on hold

I sold a coat on 29th March. Paid for Royal Mail tracked, small parcel but when I went to post it, it was a medium sized parcel. I cancelled the postage and paid again, to post as a medium parcel. Stupidly I didn’t keep the postage receipt and didn’t add the new tracking number to the eBay account. Coat delivered and buyer posted a positive review but I can’t get the funds released as the delivery is showing as outstanding on the old tracking number. Any suggestions please?

If the tracking number hasn't been added to ebay it will be treated as if untracked and the money will be released after 14 days.
