Funds on hold due to joint postage

Hi I sold 2 watches to the same buyer, combined postage, the buyer has received them but one is still marked as not dispatched,so I can't get my funds.

You should have marked both items with tracking number.

I know but I forgot, the problem is that the watch is still marked as not
dispatched I have asked the buyer to mark as received but has not responded.

There is no facility on ebay for buyers to mark as received.
