Funds Pending for over 14 days Buyer collected in person and no issues

Hi all, this is really frustrating, ebay has been keeping my funds pending for no reason, saying it will be be 14 days now it's been 17 days. I can't find any way of speaking to anyone at ebay about this.

Anyone had any experience with this?

It looks like you have returned to selling after a break?  Then,  you payout may be under a longer hold,  this for security reasons, as eBay wish to see that it's the genuine owner of the account returned to sell.

You can contact eBay Customer Services give them details that item has been collected after payment could that payment now be released to you, that it has been 17 days,  no harm asking.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

I assume you didn't use the QR code when the buyer collected?    Without that it's sometimes 21 days before the payment is released.   Also you would be classed as a new seller so that could take it up to 30 days.   But you can contact ebay to check with them using callback on here:
