How can I request more free selling promotions. I'm.limited to 300 per month

Private sellers get 300 free listings a month. You cannot increase that amount.

Auction items now, if they are unsold , the relisting counts towards your monthly 300 listing limit.

A lot of your clothing is in auction format and do have a ' ceiling level' for the price they can achieve.

List those items in a Buy it Now format,  then if they do not sell after 30 days, they relist automatically and these do not count in your 300 monthly limit. 

This way you would be able to list new items every month, that is,   I'm presuming you would not sell all 300 in one month! 🤗

If you are using more than 300 listings a month, then you should be registered as a business seller.
