Classified ad location details

I am trying to post a classified ad and keep getting the attached response. But there is no where to enter location on the listing.

What happens if you click on the underlined 'Item Location' in that message, is it a text link?

You're not trying this on the app are you? 

If so,  you need to switch to a laptop / PC and use Chrome,  that combo seems to work well,  and try from there.
