Flexible hose burst x 2 hoses.

I bought a flexible hose off eBay seller and after about 7 weeks the hose burst. I contacted the seller and I sent pictures etc as requested. The seller sent a new hose to replace first burst one. The second hose burst after about 6-7 weeks and the seller is saying the hose only has a warranty for 3 months from purchase? So the seller is saying it’s out of warranty from first purchase, should this not be from when I received second hose?

Both eBay and PayPal offer a 30 day returns window for not as described items, you're way past that now.

Your only recourse would be a not as described chargeback via your card provider if you paid with a debit or credit card.
