Contact the seller of these items see what they say, why their discount was not applied.
Go right of the item in Purchase History >> More Actions >> Contact Seller.
Or was this a discount coupon issued by eBay?
These come with quite a few T & C's, not applicable to all sellers or all items. The code needs to be applied at eBay checkout, left hand side before paying.
