I bought a Fitbit Charge 4 last September and on Saturday it just fell off my wrist and is irreparable The seller is no longer on eBay Do I have any way of getting a refund through eBay or PayPal?

you could try your payment provider but even that might no work.

It's far too late for ebay (they only allow 30 days) but you might scrape by with Paypal.   Details here:
