I sold an item

on eBay via promoted listing.. buyer did not come to collect and eBay have refunded the buyer but charging me £28.98 fee for the item which eventually did not sell and i never got a penny . How can i be charged for an item

that did not actually sell? Pleas help

It did sell, the buyer just didn't pay.

The fees are due but you could try asking ebay for a one off credit.
