Fees, postage, item protection . . . .

I just want to raise a few points that I feel need to be raised.

Postage now dictated by Ebay in how you can send a item, we should have the choices of who we use and what service we want to use, not to virtually have the courier "Evri" (as I personally have had more issue with this courier than any other and they have been reviewed as the worst courier), so when it all goes wrong, which often it does, we then have to go through the lengthy process of raising a claim, not ebay who have taken the fee, so in effect, they just take the additional money paid.

Buyer protection is now added to the selling price, well virtually all the known couriers offer there own now buyer protection within there postage fees as mentioned and cheaper than Ebay's, up to a certain amount already included within the cost of there posting, so in effect, you pay it twice. This protection hike now increases the cost of the item so you either have to reduce your item cost, or the buyer then has to pay more. The choices are being less favourable to the Buyer/seller.  I left "Vinted" for the similar reasons that Ebay have introduced. I do hope they go back to what we all know and had . . . .  Choices and less fees.
