Feedbback Button

I am trying to leave feedback but I am unable. I go through the feedback form, enter the star ratings, then find there is no, 'leave feedback' button at the bottom.

I there anything I can do about it?

Best to leave feedback using a PC, as the app is full of issues at the moment,and look at using a browser like Chrome or firefox.
