until a buyer is satisfied the transaction is not finished and until the buyer leaves feedback the seller does not know the buyer is happy.
In any event you have received more feedback than you have given.

Do you mean the seller expects you to leave feedback first? As you haven't sold anything
It wont matter soon if a buyer doesn't leave feedback as:
Starting at the end of April, UK sellers will automatically receive positive feedback for orders that use a tracked service, arrive on time, and have no buyer issues.

I am a seller. I leave positive feedback for almost all of my buyers, generally on the day I post their item.
I choose to do this.
Quite a lot of sellers wait for positive feedback before they leave their buyers feedback. That is fair enough; they may want to know the buyer is not going to leave them a negative or harsh comments before they leave them feedback - remember, sellers don't have any choice and can only ever leave positive feedback for their buyers.
About half of my buyers leave me feedback.
If they leave me feedback, I think 'Oh, that's nice.'
If they don't, I am not even remotely bothered. I am selling items I don't want, not collecting feedback.
Feedback is entirely voluntary. Leave it if you like, or don't.
