I've got 2 issues.
1 buyer has left me neutral feedback but in the feedback says "lovely blouse" which doesn't make sense.
Another buyer left me negative feedback and I contacted eBay for it to be removed as the person wrote lies about the garment / me. EBay agreed to remove it but it's still reflected in my % feedback so makes me look like a rubbish seller !

any ideas as to how I can get it resolved so my feedback goes back to 100% ?

Both feedbacks unfortunately are far too old now to remove.  

The neutral would not have damaged your percentage score.  The negative remark was removed,  but when you ask eBay to do this ask them to remove any defect and negative marks too.

Remember to always try and resolve a matter first with the buyer, and if resolved you can send them a feedback revision to complete.
