I have received contact from eBay regarding leaving feedback for a purchase. Unfortunately, between buying an item and receiving it, the seller has ceased operating. I did try to leave feedback as soon as I received it which is my usual practice. The recipient of the item was very happy with it.
If the seller's account has been suspended by ebay (they cannot close their own account if they have had recent transactions) then you won't be able to leave f/b.
