If I buy from the same seller 8 days apart, do I not qualify for new feedback?

I believe if an item is bought within 7 days, then only one feedback can be left.  

When there's  a timeframe with eBay,  it's usually counted to the second.

Isn't it that feedback can be left for each item but only counts as 1. As said ebay works to the second, so 7 days is 7 periods of 24 hours.
