Does anyone know how I can alter feedback that I gave for one of my purchases?

The negative you left is too old to change, is it the neutral ?

Chinese sellers will usually plague you with pleas and excuses to change any neg / neutral feedback and I'd usually say ignore them and let the feedback stand.  However,  if this was a RM issue nothing the seller could do.  You can send the seller a message to send you a feedback revision to complete.

Positive feedback cannot be changed,  but do not worry if you now need to open a case for that item,  as feedback is not taken into consideration.

Yes, they are Chinese and it is a neutral feedback they are pleading with
me to change. Thank you for the quick response though

Be aware,  this is a general move by most Chinese sellers,  to plague a buyer to remove a feedback giving all kinds of excuses.

You can ignore their pleas they'll soon stop,   or ask them to send a feedback revision, as said , RM's delivery times is out of their hands.
