Feedback revision technical issues

Hi, I have problem sending request feedback revision.

I have tried few times to send a revision request but get the error message as below:

"We're sorry, but we're having trouble sending your request. Please try again."

Can this be fixed somehow? So that I could submit a request.

 I am using a laptop running Windows 10 and Google Chrome.

And I want to request feedback revision for item 314613150577

You are in Hungary and currently on the UK site,  so it probably won't work from here.

Log out completely,  and log into www.ebay.com and try and send it from there.

I tried that too, it didn't help.
