Why can’t you leave feedback if an item that is cancelled by the seller but you have been waiting nearly a month for your item. I feel it is very unfair that you can’t make your point to the seller.

Sometimes you need to use link on your own feedback page.

Do not mention ebay or refund.

Something simple like "Seller did not honour transaction" is acceptable.
