I bought a second hand dash cam mid January for my new to me car from a private seller.
The first time I used it, he had left recordings on the SD card and on the recording their were lines on the screen, so I contacted the seller to be told that the dash cam had a repair done on it but wasn’t mentioned in the listing. He gave me a partial refund as he had not been honest.
Tonight was only the third time that I’ve used it, since purchase and it would not show a picture, just lines across the screen as below.
He told me that the lines were nothing to do with the camera but they obviously are.
What do I do?
