Faulty battery charger.

I got a message off ebay telling me a Makita battery charger i bought is a potential fire risk and is subject to a re call, ebay said i should contact the seller, which i have fried to do bot had no response. How do i get ebay involved with this when i go on help the category for what i want to discuss isn't there.

Once over 30 days, you cannot get ebay involved.

If bought from a Business Seller and there is a warranty involved contact Citizens Advice.

If you bought from a private seller, nothing you can do.

I would say this is one of Ebay's blanket notifications about battery chargers and Makita is not on the list published on .gov.uk.
