I bought a doll a while back but it was faulty something wrong with head it was very loose.  So returned see the seller has it back up for sale feel sorry for next person that buy's it.

They will probably do the same as you did and use the MBG to return for refund

If all his buyers do the same as you the seller will find it a rather expensive process, selling faulty goods

You could have left negative feedback for the seller to warn other members that the quality of items from this seller is unreliable.
