The seller provided false description (item color). Before buying I sent a message just to make sure and the seller gave false information in the message too.
Once the item arrives it was clear that it does not match the description.
Shipping to and my country is very expensive and now I have to pay for both shipping and returning.
Is there any way to contact ebay and get some partial refund so I don't have to pay for the return?
