You have received an item not as described, go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.
The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund, if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. If they don't , need to escalate the case, ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.
Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.

As long as you are within 30 days you open a case with eBay under their Money Back Guarantee using the reason "not as described". You really do not need a person; the system works very well and - if used as designed - is pretty quick.
Do not waste any time contacting/arguing with the seller. You will be sent a label within 3 business days to return and then get a refund. Do not under any circumstances agree to close the case; if you do you get no second chance with eBay.

eBay cannot help you if you are outside their 30 day timeframe for claiming a full refund, this is timed to the second.
As that time limit has lapsed, turn now to your payment provider for help with a refund.
