I feel like the seller is definitely a scam because the delivery has not gone through at all and the seller doesn’t communicate at all and I would LIKE MY 149pounds back please and I’m EPILEPTIC THE SELLER HAS NOT COMMUNICATED AT ALL HE OR SHE DOES NOT RESPOND AND WHEN I BOUGHT THE ITEM IT SAYS DOMESTIC ON IT WHICH DOES NOT MAKE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AT ALL THIS SELLER IS
and is a fake seller I would like my 148pounds back immediately please

Find the email you got from Ebay when you paid.
Check the estimated delivery date.
One day after the latest estimated delivery date, you need to open a case through Ebay saying you have not received your item. You can use the link below to open your case.

We cannot initiate any refund for me as we are members like yourself, but can tell you how to proceed now for your full refund.
Has a reasonable time passed your item's last estimated date for delivery, and you have not received the item?
Then, if the seller is not being helpful, go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
