Hello I've been sold a fake product and have taken an allergic reaction. They offered half refund but the item is fake which is really concerning

As long as you are within 30 days of buying,
Open not as described case, seller supplies returns label, you post back for full refund.
Escalate on day 4 if no label or full refund.

Ignore the 50% refund, just proceed this way below, to open a case.
eBay work on cases, so if others open the same case for a refund, it will raise red flags to eBay re the item this seller is selling.
You have received an item not as described, so you are guaranteed a full refund under eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy, if you claim within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.
You then go right of the item in your Purchase History, and from More Actions select Return this item, selecting the reason... Item Not as Described.
The seller has 3 days to accept the case, if they don't , you need to escalate on day 4, or within 30 days, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
If the seller wants the item back first, they need to pay for a fully tracked return postage. On receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. Again, if they don't, you escalate the case.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.

I'm sorry to hear about your allergic reaction - I hope it wasn't serious.
If you suffer from allergies do please think twice before buying skin care products from unknown sellers on eBay. If this was the seller for whom you left feedback this month, did you realise that they are just a private seller and have apparently only sold three items this year - and one was a part-used face gel, which is not even allowed to be sold here.
eBay warned you in the user agreement that "they do not guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of items advertised, or the truth or accuracy of descriptions." If you wish to buy skin care products on eBay, for your own safety it would be wise at least to stick to established business sellers with plenty of good feedback.
