Fake items

Purchased some Oral b brush heads in January. 

Opened them recently and they are clearly fakes.

Have contacted the seller who has offered a full refund if still intact which obviously they are not or a partial refund and keep the item.

I do not want to loose out on this as they are fakes.

Seller has not replied since for a solution. 

Where do I stand please.

If you bought them in January then you are out of time for eBay to help you with a refund,  as they have a 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy,  here,  you need to open a case for a full refund within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.

Turn to your payment provider now for help with your refund.
