Fake item

Hi all,, I purchased a piece from from a customer overseas for and it's quite clearly a fake,,the seller won't refund and when I opened a case and they said that they couldn't see a problem with the description of the item and then closed the case,,so basically I'm stuck here with a fake item,,any ideas what I can do next? Thanks

There are not many circumstances where a seller can close a case where you have requested a return.

How long after receiving the item did you open the case?

You only have 30 days.

What specific reason did you give for wanting a return?

Unless it was a 'change of mind' reason (I no longer want this/don't like it) the seller would have to accept the return.

You obviously opened the wrong sort of case, as a NOT as described case, which would cover a fake, cannot be closed by seller except by refunding.

You will have to try your payment provider.
