Fake item ? How to report to Ebay

Hello, I cannot see where how to let Ebay know that I believe an item I have bought and received today is fake. My 1st suspicion was when Evri delivery company updated to say it was collected - except it was a 4 hour time difference  i.e. 1 am in the UK,  5 am at their time of update, there is no time difference between where I live and where the seller is supposed to be. But of course I have no proof that I received the update at 1 am.

Anyway, my problem / issue is: The paper tags on the item are incorrect,  the label says it is something it is not.

I believe from reading on posting here that I cannot be specific and I have to remain anon  so I find it harder to say what the issue is without being specific. Sorry.

I do see from looking at the sellers feedback that other people giving feedback are saying the same thing re the paper labels. He didn't have this feedback when I bought. New seller, a business one. and out of 12 feedback received in the last month  3 are saying wrong labels and one of that 3 is saying ' fake '  and has actually attached 3 photos to the feedback

How do I tell Ebay.

If you think the item is different to the one you purchased from the listing, open a return case.

You don't need to let Ebay know you think you have received a fake, start a return.  The seller will have to provide a label and refund you when they get the item back.

select "Doesn't match description" and  escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

You don't report the listing, or 'tell ebay' you open a case using the ebay money back guarantee.

However I don't want to return the item or be refunded.

I thought Ebay prided themselves on not selling fake imports from China or elsewhere etc. 

While I appreciate it is not a Chanel handbag that I bought, I feel / think Ebay should be informed.

I can now see that one of the feedback left for this seller says the item is fake and includes photos, but of course no reply from the seller on the feedback.

Seller only joined in June, as a business.
