I bought an item (Philips one blade head replacement) and received them but they are clearly fake. EBay says contact the seller but when I try I get caught in a loop. I’m not even bothered about getting my money back although I’d like to if possible but even trying to leave a review to warn others is impossible

Nope, no need to contact seller, just proceed this way:
You have received an item not as described, go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.
The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund, if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. If they don't , need to escalate the case, ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.
Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.

It looks as if you don't use this account frequently.
When you bought this item, did you log into your account, or did you check out as a guest without logging in?
If that is the case, you won't be able to contact the seller through this account or leave feedback.
You can still open a return and send the item back.
Just start by finding the email Ebay sent you when you paid.
