Fake Tiffany&Co

I bought a bracelet in November 2023 for my daughter's 21st birthday. Due to the nature of her job she couldn't wear it regularly as jewellery was a hygiene concern. Since leaving this job last month she has worn it everyday. The bracelet is clearly a fake Tiffany as it has left green residue on her wrist, the "silver" has all rubbed off leaving a white plastic underneath, the diamond has fallen out and the blue heart is about to fall off. I own the same bracelet that I bought from a Tiffany store around about 5 years ago and have none of these issues and it still looks brand new even though I wear it everyday. I paid 95 pounds for this and it was advertised as a genuine second hand Tiffany bracelet. Is there anything I can do about this considering I bought it a long time ago?

There is not anything you can do after such a long time.

Really, there are so many Tiffany fakes around, the only place to buy such a special piece would be from a Tiffany store.

Sorry.

Ebay MBG is only for 30 days,

Payment providers may allow 6 months.

So after nearly 2 years too late to claim from anyone.
