Fake Dio

I was sold fake Dior but eBay claim to have looked into this and say there has been no violation to their policy. How they can check in a few minutes is beyond me. What can I do?

If you have received a fake item you need to start a return case.

You have 30 days from receipt to open a case.

Ebay don't act on reports of fakes but, if you open a return case, the seller will have to provide a label and refund you in full if you return the item.

When did you buy this item?  If still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery open a case for item not as described,  and escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.

eBay work on cases,  if this seller is selling numbers of these fake items,  they show up in  too many cases opened / refunded, eBay then act by removing the items and even the seller permanently,  from their site.
