Failed to apply discount coupon, how do I get Ebay to correct this?

Having bought an item today that allowed me to use a £15 discount coupon I entered the code at the checkout stage, but the discount didn’t get applied. How do I ask Ebay to correct this error?

Read the T&C's of the coupon offer carefully, check the item you bought was included.  Either way I very much doubt ebay will do anything to resove the issue.
