Extremely low offers and Cancellations/Non Payment - German Buyers

Hi

In the last week I have had two buy it now that I accepted with track the order within an hour and silly offers of less than 50%.    It wouldn't bother me normally however all of these are from German buyers with 0 feedback.  I am not going to accept any offers moving forward unless I see real time feedback.

Is this a new problem

You can set your listing to reject offers automatically below a certain amount that choose.

Saves having to refuse them yourself if too low.
