Ebay still not paid me. Proof of delivery sent. customer happy.

I sold a racing drone. I sent it first class recorded delivery. The customer has received it and is happy. I entered the tracking details. Some how Ebay is withholding my payment "because no proof of delivery" even given I've done all that. I can only speak to a robot that takes me in circles..... Help!

If your parcel shows as delivered on the Royal Mail website, you can contact Ebay and request that they release your payment.

Payment should be available 48 hours after tracking shows delivery.
