Exchange rate isn’t matching up

I went to buy a new phone but it was in dollars ($218)but said that in GBP it was £163 and the postage was free but when I went to pay it said it was now £170 although the price in dollars hasn’t changed and i searched it up and $218 is still £163? And it’s obviously an error on eBay and I don’t know what to do.

While I cannot see the item you are wanting to buy, I suspect that the difference is the buyer fee of 75p plus 4%. Nothing to do with exchange rates.

Where is the seller?
