The tracking is wrong, I do not like the Evri parcel shop anyway, I have tried over and over put in my post code, it doesn't recognise my post code so can not arange delivery etc, just send me a refund, this parcel shop has lost/stolen to many items from me, even when the parcel is there with my name on, and have my driving licence etc on me..I am 64 and a bit frail and this will make me not well.infact he delivered something last night to a neighbour,no my neighbours steal my stuff regard Ken so plese just refund me, if it lands on my carpet I'll tell you and make good your money.

You are not talking to your seller or to eBay,  but to other members like yourself.

 

If you haven't received your item, proceed this way,  be aware if the seller has tracking to show delivery,  they will not have to refund you.

 

Go right of the item purchased,  and from More Actions select....  I Have Not Received My Item.

If you are not fully refunded within 3 days,  you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case,  and eBay will step in and force the refund.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
