Looking for help with an Evri collection.

I've sold something on ebay and printed out an Evri label, but they don't have a drop off point on the Isle of Wight where I live.

Driving me insane on their app and website trying to book a collection as I already have a label and don't want to pay postage.

Help badly needed !!

I don't think Evri collect from anywhere on the Isle of Wight,your best option is to cancel and relist with only Royal Mail as a delivery option letting the buyer know whats happening

You could contact eBay and ask if a Royal Mail label could be issued in place of the Evrvi one as Evri don't collect from IOW

This is another failing of SD.

Having recently visited IOW ( been loads of times), I did see Big Evri lorry on the ferry.

If they can deliver there, why can't they collect as well?

Yes, absolutely agree.

I receive stuff from them so why no drop off points !
