I bought a Ninja oven on Ebay. I paid 7.95 for next day DPD delivery but the seller sent it with the much cheaper Evri service. After 6 days Evri say this has been delivered and a photo shows a flat parcel in an open doorway. This is not my doorway, I have floor tiles, the photo shows floorboards. Also the parcel is flat so there is no way it could be a Ninja oven. I was at home all day on the day they say this was delivered, and no one called. I have a doorbell camera plus CCTV cameras. I have informed the seller, who does not seem interested even though I have sent him the bogus delivery photo. He has neither confirmed or denied that it is his parcel. He has not put the tracking details on Ebay. I have made a complaint to Evri via their online chat but so far just a standard reply. I would open an undelivered case but I am not sure where I stand with that. I am not happy as I paid £7.95 for next day DPD and I have no Ninja oven either.
