Evri postage

I sold items on ebay and posted them via Royal Mail personally. However I seem to have been charged an amount of money for Evri delivery.
Can anyone tell me why this has happened and if I can get a refund?

Simple delivery is compulsory for private sellers now unless the items are on eBays exclusions

As you had free delivvery(seller pays) eBay will charge you for the relevant label and supply a link to print label or use qr code.

Thanks so much. I couldn't find a link for the refund so that helps alot.

In their refund form they appear to be be conceding that users are unaware of Evri postage being added by default now. When will this end... 😞
