Evri postage label expired message

My evri postage label says it has expired when I've scanned the QR code at the shop. 
Can anyone advise what to do?

If you've been charged for it on ebay you can cancel it to get a refund.   On your orders page select Postage Labels on the left-hand side. Go to the dropdown actions menu next to the label and select Void Label.   Then you can buy another one.
