The buyer of one of my items has been notified by Evri that the parcel was undeliverable as it was damaged beyond repair by them. Does anyone know how I go about resolving the issue, the buyer has been told to contact me.
Buyer opens a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE! ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. Ebay should then take over and refund buyer. THAT IS WHAT BUYER PAYS A BUYER PROTECTION FEE FOR.
